About Us

In 2011, young adult authors Jennifer Murgia and Cyn Balog approached Stephanie Supinski, branch manager at Palmer Branch of the Easton Area Public Library. They wanted to do a festival celebrating YA authors and their books, but also to allow teens to talk to the authors about their books.

Currently, YA Fest PA is run by Jennifer and Ashley Supinski.

Our mission is to give middle grade and teen readers a chance to connect with authors about books, writing, and publishing.  As a library event, we want to encourage young readers to continue reading.

YA Fest PA is an Easton Area Public Library event, sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

See You Soon!

We're taking a break in 2020, but we'll be back in Spring 2021 for a bigger and better festival!
